Nine generously sized storage drawers, three on one side of the bed and six on the other, are lined in red Tennessee cedar and made with English dovetail joinery, corner-blocked Mortise and Tenon construction and full-extension heavyweight drawer guides for rigid strength and a smooth glide no matter the contents. The cottage-chic, coastal inspired design can be attributed to the louvered headboard details, ornamental corbels and rustic distressed finish. The vintage-inspired exterior was created by layering a light Antique Linen top color over a dark Timbered Brown Farmhouse base coat and then finished with a distinctive distressing technique and sealed with a protective lacquer for an antiqued appeal and worry-free resiliency.
